It is considered polite and very Swedish to send a warning text message (en liten förvarning via sms) before calling someone, as calling unannounced can be seen as intrusive.
🌍Trängsel and Personal Space
Swedes highly value personal space, so experiencing 'trängsel' (a crowd or congestion) is considered both physically and mentally exhausting.
